Transit-X is a coordinator and introducer. We match your job to a verified independent provider. We manage the coordination, communication, and documentation. The provider operates the vehicle and executes the delivery.
Payment is confirmed at delivery. You receive a clean invoice from Transit-X. Our current model supports EFT. Card and instant payment options are in development.
We maintain a network of providers across vehicle types and regions. If your confirmed provider has an issue, Transit-X works to source an alternative and communicates with you proactively. We do not leave jobs unresolved without contact.
We currently focus on flexible short-term industrial storage — pallet storage, general dry goods, and staging space. Cold storage options are limited but available on request.
Once a provider submits their details and documentation, vetting typically takes 24–48 hours. We verify operator documentation, vehicle details, and identity before a provider is activated on the network.
No. Transit-X operates on a job-by-job basis. There are no long-term commitments for businesses. Warehouse arrangements have their own terms confirmed at the time of placement.
